Please read these terms carefully before using the BidRoy advertising network.

1. Introduction

Welcome to BidRoy ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BidRoy advertising network ("Service") available at bidroy.com.

Important: By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

Advertiser
A party that purchases advertising inventory through the BidRoy network.
Publisher
A party that displays advertisements on their website or app through BidRoy.
CPC
Cost Per Click - advertising model where payment is based on user clicks.
CPM
Cost Per Mille - advertising model where payment is based on 1,000 impressions.
CPV
Cost Per View - advertising model where payment is based on video views.
CPA
Cost Per Action - advertising model where payment is based on conversions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use BidRoy services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts without prior authorization

4. Advertiser Rules & Guidelines

All advertisers using BidRoy must comply with the following rules:

4.1 Campaign Requirements

  • All advertising materials must be accurate and not misleading
  • Landing pages must be functional and match the advertised content
  • Campaigns must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Advertisers must have proper rights to use all content in their ads
  • No cloaking or deceptive redirect practices are allowed

4.2 Ad Content Standards

  • Ads must not contain false claims or exaggerated promises
  • All products and services advertised must be legal
  • Pricing and offers must be accurate and verifiable
  • Celebrity endorsements must be genuine and authorized
  • Health and financial claims must be properly substantiated

4.3 Traffic Quality Standards

  • Advertisers must not incentivize clicks or conversions artificially
  • Bot traffic and click fraud are strictly prohibited
  • All conversions must represent genuine user actions

5. Publisher Rules & Guidelines

All publishers participating in BidRoy network must adhere to the following:

5.1 Website Requirements

  • Websites must contain original, quality content
  • Sites must be fully functional with no broken pages
  • Publishers must have proper ownership or authorization for the website
  • Websites must receive legitimate, organic traffic
  • Sites must comply with all applicable laws in their operating jurisdiction

5.2 Ad Placement Rules

  • Ads must be clearly distinguishable from site content
  • Maximum of 3 ad units per page is recommended
  • Ads must not be placed in a way that generates accidental clicks
  • Ad code must not be modified without authorization
  • Publishers must not click on their own ads

5.3 Traffic Quality Requirements

  • All traffic must be from legitimate human visitors
  • Purchased traffic must be disclosed and approved in advance
  • Traffic from incentivized sources is prohibited
  • Bot traffic, click farms, and proxy traffic are strictly forbidden
  • Publishers must not use pop-ups to generate artificial impressions
Warning: Violation of traffic quality rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

6. Ad Formats & Pricing Models

BidRoy supports the following advertising formats and pricing models:

CPC

Cost Per Click

  • Payment triggered on valid clicks
  • Minimum bid: $0.01 per click
  • Ideal for performance campaigns
CPM

Cost Per Mille

  • Payment per 1,000 impressions
  • Minimum bid: $0.10 per 1,000
  • Best for brand awareness
CPV

Cost Per View

  • Payment for video views (10+ seconds)
  • Minimum bid: $0.01 per view
  • Supports in-stream and out-stream
CPA

Cost Per Action

  • Payment on completed conversions
  • Custom payout structures
  • Leads, sales, signups supported
POP

Pop-under Ads

  • High-visibility format
  • Payment per 1,000 pops
  • Frequency capping available

7. Payments & Fees

7.1 For Advertisers

  • All campaigns require prepayment or approved credit
  • Minimum deposit: $10 for new advertisers
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency, Wire Transfer
  • Unused funds can be refunded upon account closure (subject to review)

7.2 For Publishers

  • Minimum payout threshold: $5
  • Payment schedule: NET-30 (monthly payments)
  • Supported payment methods: PayPal, Wire Transfer, Payoneer, Cryptocurrency
  • Earnings are subject to traffic quality verification
  • BidRoy reserves the right to withhold payments pending fraud investigation

8. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on BidRoy:

Illegal products or services
Adult or explicit content
Hate speech or discrimination
Malware or harmful software
Copyright infringement
Misleading or deceptive ads
Weapons or explosives
Counterfeit goods
Gambling (where prohibited)
Phishing or scam content

9. Account Termination

BidRoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement
  • Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
  • Non-payment of outstanding balances (advertisers)
  • Invalid traffic patterns detected (publishers)
  • Repeated policy violations after warnings
  • At our discretion for any reason with 30 days notice

Upon termination, advertisers may request refund of unused funds (subject to fraud review). Publishers forfeit pending earnings if terminated for policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • BidRoy provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid or payable in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for third-party websites or content
