Important: Refund eligibility varies by advertising model. Please review the specific terms for each model below.

1. General Refund Principles

Our refund policy is based on the following principles:

  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion
  • All refund requests must be made in writing
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process
  • Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

2. Advertising Model Specific Policies

CPC (Cost Per Click) Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent clicks verified by our detection system
  • Technical errors causing invalid clicks
  • Campaign not delivered as specified in the agreement

Non-refundable: Legitimate clicks that didn't convert

CPM (Cost Per Mille) Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Undelivered impressions (below 95% of purchased amount)
  • Impressions served to invalid or fraudulent traffic
  • Technical errors causing invalid impressions

Non-refundable: Delivered impressions that didn't generate engagement

CPV (Cost Per View) Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Views not meeting minimum duration requirements
  • Views from invalid or fraudulent sources
  • Technical errors preventing proper video playback

Non-refundable: Completed views that didn't generate conversions

CPA (Cost Per Action) Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent conversions verified by our system
  • Technical errors causing invalid conversion tracking
  • Actions not meeting pre-defined conversion criteria

Non-refundable: Legitimate conversions with low quality

Pop-under Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Undelivered pop-unders (below 95% of purchased amount)
  • Pops from invalid or fraudulent sources
  • Technical errors preventing proper pop display

Non-refundable: Delivered pops that didn't generate engagement

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request to support@bidroy.com
  2. Include your account details and campaign ID
  3. Provide evidence supporting your refund claim
  4. Our team will review your request within 5 business days

3.2 Required Documentation

Depending on your refund reason, you may need to provide:

  • Campaign performance reports
  • Screenshots of technical issues
  • Third-party verification reports
  • Any other relevant evidence

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Service fees (unless caused by our error)
  • Campaign management fees
  • Delivered traffic that met campaign specifications
  • Custom creative development costs
  • Third-party verification costs

5. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a secondary review with additional evidence
  2. Escalate to our senior management team
  3. Seek mediation through industry associations

Chargeback Policy: Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may incur additional fees.
