1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not offered for advertising campaigns once they have been processed or served, as our platform operates on a real-time bidding (RTB) model. However, in certain situations, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If an error on our platform prevents your ad campaign from running correctly (e.g., misdelivery, failure to serve ads, incorrect targeting, etc.), we may issue a partial or full refund based on the impact of the issue.
  • Overcharging: If there has been an overcharge due to billing errors or system malfunctions, we will refund the excess amount.
  • Fraudulent Activity: In cases where fraudulent activity or invalid traffic is detected, we may issue a refund for the impacted amount, after validating the issue and confirming the fraudulent behavior.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Ad Spend: Once an ad impression or click has been served, the associated ad spend is considered final.
  • Campaign Adjustments: Campaigns that have been modified or paused by the advertiser will not be eligible for a refund for the portion of the spend that has already occurred.
  • Non-compliance: Campaigns that violate BidRoy’s Acceptable Use Policy or contain prohibited content will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@bidroy.com or use the live chat feature on our platform. Provide detailed information regarding the issue, including campaign ID, dates, and a description of the problem.
  • Investigation: Our team will review your case and, if necessary, conduct an investigation to verify the issue. This may take up to 7-10 business days.
  • Decision: Once the investigation is complete, we will inform you of our decision. If we determine that a refund is warranted, we will process it within 5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Credits for Future Campaigns

In cases where a refund is not applicable or we determine that compensation is more suitable, we may offer credits for future campaigns. These credits can be used to fund new campaigns or purchases within the BidRoy platform.


5. Changes to the Refund Policy

BidRoy reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage users to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
